BBQ and Blues at Fort Harrison State Park
Indiana Ag Connection - 09/14/2018
The inaugural BBQ and Blues Fest will be held at Fort Harrison State Park, Sept. 15.
Food sales will begin at noon in the Cherry Tree Picnic Shelter. Wild Boar BBQ and The Garrison will supply the food.
Guests can enjoy music from 1 to 7 p.m. Three bands are set to perform: John Ford, Bill Lancton & Jimmy Davis, and King Bee & the Stingers.
BBQ and Blues is presented by the Friends of Fort Harrison State Park group The event is sponsored by Intelligent IT, First Command Bank, and the Community Health Network.
The event is free with park admission. Entrance fees are $7 per in-state vehicle and $9 per out-of-state vehicle.
Fort Harrison State Park (on.IN.gov/fortharrisonsp) is at 5753 Glenn Road, Indianapolis.
