Flora Field Days July 1 and Aug. 7 at Monroe Lake

Work on your wildflower identification skills with a naturalist at Monroe Lake on July 1 or Aug. 7, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The emphasis of these flora field days is on proper use and application of an ID key, which opens the door to identifying thousands of species. Field days are recommended for ages 12 and older.
A naturalist will work with each attendee, based on their prior experience. If you've never worked with flower ID before, this is a great way to learn. If you have prior experience, this is a fun way to practice your skills.
The field days are free, but do require advance registration.
